Welcome to LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL!   LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL is an nonprofit organization that provides leadership training to young women.  Established in 2003, the organization seeks to inspire young women to make a positive impact in society NOW and in the future!

LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL is a membership based organization that is open to any girl in grades 7 through 12. Membership in the organization provides each girl with a unique opportunity to take part in leadership training that has been designed specifically to meet the needs and interests of middle and high school girls.

During the first phase of membership, with the assistance of a Program Coordinator, girls join together with their friends and/or classmates to take part in "The LEADERSNOW Program."  This is a comprehensive training program that focuses on character development, leadership, style, and poise. Each girl receives "The LEADERSNOW  Program" manual that includes approximately 20 lessons on these topics. Upon completion of the program, each girl is awarded with a Certificate of Achievement and is invited to continue her involvement in LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL in the second phase of membership.

During the second phase of membership, the members of LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL put the skills learned in "The LEADERSNOW Program" to use, by engaging in service projects, mentoring, and career exploration activities. All hours of service are recorded by LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL and letters of recommendation are provided to the girls when applying for jobs or continuing their education.

However, perhaps the most important benefits of becoming a member of LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL are the opportunities each member has to develop her character, form lasting friendships with other chapter members, and become a confident young woman who is inspired to make a positive impact in society NOW and in the future.
