MEMBERSHIP IN LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL
Phase #1: "The LEADERSNOW Program"
During the first phase of membership in LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL, with the assistance of a Program Coordinator, girls join together with their friends and/or classmates to take part in "The LEADERSNOW Program." Using "The LEADERSNOW Program" manual, girls complete approximately 20 lessons in character development, leadership, style, and poise. Girls learn how to strengthen their character, develop the qualities of good leadership, polish their appearance, and become young women who practice good manners. Learning these things will help them to be successful in whatever they do in life.
Membership in the first phase of LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL includes the following:
- "The LeadersNow Program" manual, written by Annie Lang, President of LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL.
- A LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL embroidered polo shirt.
- A bi-monthly e-newsletter that includes tips on character, leadership, style, and poise.
- An official record of membership with all hours of service recorded.
- Support for the Program Coordinator.
- Certificate of Achievement upon completion of the program.
Phase #2: SERVICE, MENTORING, CAREER EXPLORATION
Once a girl has successfully completed "The LEADERSNOW Program" and has received a Certificate of Achievement, she is eligible to take part in the second phase of membership in LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL. The members of this phase, with the assistance of a Program Coordinator, use the skills learned in "The LEADERSNOW Program" to engage in service projects, mentoring, and career exploration activities.
Membership in the second phase of LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL includes the following:
- Opportunities to engage in service projects, mentoring of younger girls, and career exploration activities.
- A bi-monthly e-newsletter from LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL.
- An official record of membership with all service hours recorded. Letters of verification of service hours are provided, upon request, when applying for jobs or continuing your education.
- Support for the Program Coordinator.
- Certificate of Recognition is awarded at the completion of each year.
