FORMING A
LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER:
Before forming a LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER the following requirements must be met:
- A qualified woman needs to volunteer to serve as a Program Coordinator. She will be required to fill out a Program Coordinator Application and be approved by LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL.
- If approved, the Program Coordinator needs to obtain the LeadersNow International Program Coordinator Manual ($50 plus $10 shipping and handling).
- A suitable location for chapter meetings is to be secured.
BECOMING A PROGRAM COORDINATOR
A woman who desires to establish a LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER should notify LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL at least 8 weeks prior to starting a chapter to request a Program Coordinator Application. Applicants should have some experience working with teens, be able to provide two reference with their application, and be willing to provide any necessary clearances that are required by their state when working with children.
Once a woman is approved to serve as a Program Coordinator, she is fully supported by LEADERSNOW INTERNATIONAL. LNI provides all necessary training to the Program Coordinators and assists them as they facilitate their chapters.
THE PROGRAM COORDINATOR MANUAL
To establish a chapter, the Program Coordinator will need to purchase the LeadersNow International Program Coordinator Manual. The Manual cost $50 (plus $10 shipping and handling) and includes the following:
- A LeadersNow Program Coordinator Manual.
- A LeadersNow Program Manual.
- Lesson Plans.
- Master Sheets.
CHAPTER MEETINGS AND MEMBERS
Chapters meet during or after school, in a home, at a church, or another appropriate facility.
The chapter members can be middle or high school students. Due to the maturity required to go through the program, the youngest grade that can participate is 7th grade.
To allow enough time to cover the material at each meeting, it is recommended that chapters limit themselves to between 5 and 15 members. If a chapter reaches 16 members, it is best to split into two groups.
